Missionary Michael Lambert

Pastor of Mama Cannes Baptist Church

St. George's, Grenada

Dear Supporting Friends,

Christian greetings to all of you in the wonderful and precious name of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. It is surely good to be home again after two very challenging ~nd encouraging trips. The first was our mission's board (FBHM) jubilee at South Carolina. Pastor Grady Gregory and his fine people hosted the jubilee. What a time of refreshing and refueling for the work. I say a special thanks to all of those who so faithfully helped me and my children to enjoy a month of fellowship with you.

My second trip was to Africa. What a challenge! What a field! I have never been more rebuked for my easy form of Christian service. I have seen what it means to walk two days to hear one message and then to walk right back. I have learned what it means to love God having nothing but a hope for tomorrow. Thanks to all of you who prayed for me and has helped me one way or another to get there and to be back home safely. Jesus said that the harvest is plenteous but the laborers are few and that is so true. Please pray for laborers for the vineyard. Now we are home and are busy doing what we can in the work and at scllool. Both children are doing very well and we constantly covet your prayers.

We are working on our church as we have been doing for the last few months. Keep us in your prayer that more finances will be there as we move slowly toward a desired ~nd. We have had two great open-air services in two different villages. PRAY FOR SALVATION OF SOULS AS WE BRING THE GOSPEL TO MEN.

... Prayer is greatly desired as we in my family add a new dimension to our home. On the 12th of November 2005, I will be joining my life in marriage to Miss Caroline Trotman on the island of St. Vincent. We covet all your prayer as we will be going back to the work in Grenada and to continue laboring for our God. As from the end of November it will be again a complete family. We love you in the Lord and will be praying for you as we hope you will continue doing for us. IT IS WORTH IT SERVING GOD.

Matthew 9:38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers ioto his harvest.

Work on our Church after Ivan leveled it.

Hurrican Ivan reached Category 5 strength in September 2004. It was devistating to Grenada. Many buildings are still not restored. This church congregation has worked making and pouring their own walls and laying their block to rebuild their church.
