Bessemer City, NC 28016-1510Dear Co- Workers in Christ;
Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us nom this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father. ( Galatians 1:3-4 )We count it a great privilege to be the Lord's servant and yours in the ministry of the gospel of Christ here in St. Kitts.
Our son Kevin, who is a student at Bluewater Bible College in St. Thomas, carne home for Christmas, and helped us quite a bit in the services. Please help us pray for him that God would show him his will for his life and ministry after he graduates nom BBC.
We have just experienced three weeks of spiritual refreshing from the Lord's presence in the work here: First of all, we had a baptism in which two adult ladies were baptized. Since then they have been bringing a number of their relatives to church, and already a granddaughter of one of them has professed faith in Christ.
Following that we had a week of special prayer meetings that motivated a number of our folks to get on fire for the Lord. Then finally, last week we celebrated the eleventh anniversary of this work, which was planted by Missionaries Howard and Joyce Chappel of the USA.
The Lord led Pastor Michael Lambert of Grenada to come and preach for us in a week of special services, and what a week it was. The preaching was great, and a number of decisions were made, but what was most encouraging is the evident change in the attitude of many of our people toward the things of God, and an increased interest in spiritual things.
We want to thank you for your faithful financial help and your prayers. We certainly could not effectively get the job done here in this country without your help. That is why we want you to know how much we appreciate your contribution to the work of God here.
Sincerely in Christ,
. St. Clair and Lescil Archibald Sr.
